We all know that this week is a big BIG week for the county and, especially, the city of Jacksboro. Beginning with the Lions Club Fish Fry, the town will kick in to their annual Rodeo Weekend. What better time to celebrate the heritage of our county and town(s) but the Pioneer Days at the Jack County Museum.
Those familiar with the museum already know about the tender love and care that has come from many volunteers taking the time to preserve items from the rich past. June 4th will be a day to relive many moments of our heritage through the Living History throughout the day.
Don’t miss the opportunity to see how things were done “way back when”.
It’s a great week to be in Jack County!
While you’re there, be sure to sign up for the giveaways they will be holding! You can win a trailer…
Or a deer blind!
There will also be a beautiful hand made quilt given away. Make your plans to be a part of this very special event!
